Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand. You will receive tracking information when it becomes available.

United States shipping
Standard shipping costs $4.99. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Standard transit is estimated at 5–12 business days. Express shipping is $15 where available, with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Address changes
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect orders
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. Contact us promptly if the order is damaged, missing, or incorrect, and include your order number and photos when applicable.

Shipping area
Current checkout rates are configured for United States delivery. If a destination is unavailable at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
